Remember a $1000 deposit will need to be placed to reserve the
puppy. The difference is due 24 hours before the puppy is
shipped. If you are coming to pick the puppy up, we will
finalize the transaction after you get to know your new family
member. We will send you the puppy in it's own crate and provide
plenty of food and water. You will also get a Health Certificate
and Shots records with your puppy.
We are here to help; therefore, contact us with any questions.
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance to make an
appointment. We will have all the documents ready for you to
sign and take with you (Contract, Guarantee, Health Records...
)and some food for your puppy. If you wish to drive and meet us
half way by car (no more than a 2 hour drive in one
direction) we can help you with that for an extra charge. We
have designated meeting places already set up for all locations.
For security reasons we will not do home deliveries - sorry.
Delivery fees:
Up to 1 hour = Free
1 1/2 to 2 hours = $150
2 1/2 to 3 hours = $250
NOTE: Delivery prices may change due to rising fuel prices!
By Air
If you live too far to personally pick up your puppy we can ship
your puppy to your nearest major airport. We usually have the
puppy in your hands within 48 hours from receiving your funds.
You will be responsible for the shipping which is around $275.
This price includes the airfare from our airport to the
destination airport, an airline approved kennel and Veterinary
Health Certificate. Shipping is done through American Airlines,
Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines or North West Airlines.
They all have live animal specialists employed that take the
very best care of your puppy while in their care. We provide the
crate, food and water so the puppy will not be in any
discomfort. This is the fastest most affordable way for the
puppy to travel. In most cases the puppy can arrive in just a
few hours. We can arrange delivery to an international location,
just please contact us before you place a deposit on a puppy. We
can ship the puppy to most of the big International airports in
Canada just as easy as we can do it in US. The cost for shipping
to Canada varies by location and we are very familiar with the
whole process and will get you everything that is required to
get the puppy through the customs. International delivery prices
vary and every country has it's own rules and regulations.
All shipping in the continental United States is done through
major airports that support live animal shipments. We cannot
ship when originating or connecting airport's weather exceed
extremely high or low temperatures at times of arrival and
departure. In the summer, shipments can only be done early in
the morning before the temperature gets really hot. During the
summer we reserve the right to ship at a schedule that permits
us to ship the puppy safely.
Ground
We can send the puppy via ground shipping when the weather is
too hot or cold to send him/her by Air. We use a door to door
ground transport company that is nationwide with professional
puppy handlers. They take great care of the puppy on the trip
from our home to yours. Your puppy will travel in an air
conditioned and heated van and will stop on a regular basis for
food, water & care. We provide crate, food and water. Shipping
by ground transport will vary in cost depending on your
location. The cost of ground shipping (door to door) within 600
miles radius from us is normally between $250 - $350 per puppy.
We can deliver your puppy all the way to the Mexican or Canadian
boarder, please contact us for rates and more info. We are here
